Delivery Information

Free Delivery Offer

  • Free delivery on orders of £60 and over

Standard Shipping Rates

  • UK Orders: £5 flat rate (Up to 3 days delivery)
  • International Orders: £15 flat rate

Shipping Process

Your goods will be shipped by Royal Mail or DPD, usually with a tracking number (where available in the destination country). Current order processing time is approximately 3-5 working days. We are working to ship orders as quickly as possible.

Important Note for International Orders: Additional charges such as customs duty or local taxes may be incurred for international shipments.

Cancellations

You have the right to cancel your order before dispatch. Orders are typically dispatched within 1-3 working days, though current processing times may extend to 5 working days.

Returns Policy

Return Period

  • 7 working days from delivery date
  • After 7 days, refunds or exchanges cannot be offered

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unopened (for cosmetics this means the paper security seal must not be broken)
  • Unused
  • In original condition
  • In original packaging
  • Purchased from www.osable.com with proof of purchase

Damaged Items

If goods are damaged during transit, please email a photo of the damaged items to info@osable.com.

Made to Order Items

Returns or exchanges are not accepted on MADE TO ORDER or personalised items unless there are workmanship flaws.

Refund Process

Standard Refunds

  1. We will email you when your return is received
  2. You will be notified of refund approval or rejection
  3. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method

Sale Items

  • Regular-priced items may be refunded
  • Sale items and special offers are not eligible for refund

Gift Returns

  • Items marked as gifts will receive a gift credit
  • Non-gift items will be refunded to the original purchaser

Exchange Process

  • We only exchange defective or damaged items
