    How does it work? The 1st braclet will be shipped to your delivery address, and we will contact you for the details of the 2nd delivery address.

    Will I pay additional charges? Please note that additional charges such as customs duty or local taxes may be incurred by the shipment of an international order.

    If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact me so that I can help to resolve any issues.
    A full refund will be given for items returned within 14 days and in the original condition and packaging. Note that for order under the "We are together' program, all pieces should be returned to receive a refund.

    Buyer is responsible for return shipping, please, ensure your return your item(s) using a trackable shipping service. Unfortunately, special orders (e.g personalised items) are not able to be returned.

    Linked pieces under WE ARE TOGETHER programm can only be exchanged for the same item in a different size.
